Stuffed Bell Peppers : )

My friend at work was telling me about a yummy meal, so I decided to try it out for myself with a couple alterations! Ground hamburger, red onion, couscous and some seasonings all stuffed in to green bell peppers, sprinkled with mozzarella cheese. Baked at 350* for 25min. Healthy, yummy, and easy to alter to your taste.
