Memorial Day Roast

Yesterday was a beautiful day. It snowed in the mountains and . . .
Wait, what? Isn't it almost June?

Yes, it is. But, this is Provo, Utah.

Oh I get it!! Ok, continue.

Anyways, like I was saying before I was so rudely interrupted by myself. . .

We decided to take advantage of the beautiful day with a hot dog roast. (C'mon - it's a Memorial day tradition!) It was cool (on account of the snow in the mountains and the rain in the valley all day), but still Sunny. As Dad slaved away at building a fire to warm us and roast our dogs,
I've no clue how I got this action/still shot, but I think it works.
 in the home of ant/termite (?) larvae. . .
Baby and Mom enjoyed a nature walk and fashion shoot.
Though, we did join in a bit for the game of firewood Jenga.
We knew this place was meant for our campfire, because someone even left an old bottle with Squire's name on it for him!

Wait, what does that say?

Squirt.

Oh, nevermind. . . ;)
"The" bottle with his favorite childhood nickname. ;)
Beautiful sunset, handsome husband.

Lincoln's nose got a little cold by the end, but he liked it and told us he wants to go again sometime soon.
